Balancing Body & Life

​Unity opened its doors in 1996 in Chicopee Massachusetts. The Unity's staffs passion for dance is not only shown on the dance floor but in the eyes of of all the students they have touched throughout the years. 

At Unity we are a family. We have students from all over Western Massachusetts. We welcome students of all ages. 

​Life is busy, and often you put your needs last. Take an our hour out of your week and invest in you by joining us for our Pilates or Yoga Series. Contact the studio for more information.
